Roasted Parmesan Broccolini

This is a great side dish to accompany any meal, making it highly versatile and an easy way to get those veggies in!

Roasted Parmesan Broccolini

Prep time: < 20 minutes


  • Fresh broccolini, washed and dried

  • Olive oil or avocado oil

  • Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for dairy-free option)

  • Mustard seed powder

  • Salt

  • Garlic powder


  1. Be sure to rinse and dry fresh broccolini before preparing.

  2. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  3. Spread broccolini in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil and toss to evenly coat.

  4. Season with the desired amount of mustard seed, garlic, and salt.

  5. Bake for 8 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven to flip the broccolini and sprinkle parmesan cheese.

  7. Bake for another 4-8 minutes, until tender and slightly browned.

  8. Serve and store leftovers for up to 4 days.
