POP UP PERSONAL TRAINING
Like a Pop Up Boutique, but for workouts!
Catch me at various locations across the Los Angeles area (and maybe beyond?!) For a personal training session. These sessions are usually announced 4-6 days in advance and are offered at a lower rate than my standard sessions.
All sessions are held outdoors (weather permitting), socially distanced (I will be wearing a mask at all times), and sessions are spaced out to allow for sanitation of equipment.
Sessions can be solo, or dual. You must have a partner for dual sessions.
I will provide kettlebells and, if space allows, a TRX suspension trainer. You bring a mat and yourself!
