Welcome to Personalized Nutrition Counseling
Get the nutrition support you've always craved. Forget the quick fixes, fad diets, and unreachable expectations, and learn how to support your body through sustainable and enjoyable nutrition and lifestyle practices. My approach to nutrition is rooted in science and experience to support your well-being from the inside out.
If you are ready to improve your health and reach your goals while cultivating a healthy and sustainable relationship to food, you're in the right place.
What to Expect:
Assessment: An in-depth nutrition, health, and lifestyle assessment helps me better understand you, your needs, and your goals.
Plan: Based on your assessment, I will provide nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, education resources, tools, and advice that make sense for you and your lifestyle to help you reach your goals.
Ongoing Support: A plan is only as effective as its follow-through. Nutrition takes time, and a practical plan grows and evolves with you. Regular meetings and check-ins allow for ongoing support that will help increase confidence, effectiveness, and long-term change. Most clients work with me for 3-6 months.

Each starter bundle includes one complete nutrition, lifestyle, and health assessment (60-minute session); the remaining are 40-minute follow-up sessions. Additional sessions are $145 (package discounts available)
What is included when I purchase a nutrition counseling package?

Custom recommendations and advice you can trust.
Private chat support for in-between sessions, as needed for questions, check-ins, etc.
15% off professional-grade supplements upon my honest evaluation and recommendation.
Optional lab assessment and, at an additional cost, functional lab testing opportunities (DUTCH, metabolomix+, and more).
Education materials, handouts, food and lifestyle journals, tracking tools, etc.
Custom recipe booklets and meal planning support.
Do you offer just single consultation sessions?
No, I require at least two sessions (the assessment session and a follow-up session) for all clients. In my experience, recommendations and follow-through are most successful when we meet multiple times, and I recommend most clients commit to at least 3 months of follow-ups.
Will I get calorie and macro recommendations?
This depends on the your needs and goals. Counting and tracking calories and macros is not the only way to make nutrition changes, and is not always the most supportive intervention. I make recommendations based on the client's preferences and most people actually find relief by learning alternate ways to balance their diet.
Are workout programs included in your nutrition plans?
Depending on the client's goals and needs, I may make workout recommendations, suggestions, and goals. If you would like a fully comprehensive, and custom workout program, this is a personal training service and requires an additional fee. Please contact me for more info.
What is a Certified Nutrition Specialist?
A certified nutrition specialist, or CNS, is an advanced clinical nutritionist specializing in personalized, evidence-based nutrition. A CNS has a Master's level degree in nutrition, has passed a rigorous board exam, completed 1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience, and has approval from the Board of Certified Nutrition Specialists and The American Nutrition Association. A CNS is among the highest of credentialed nutritionist professionals.
