You are unique, and your approach to health should be, too!  I help my clients feel their best with custom protocols and recommendations that not only work but are sustainable for the long term.  Many of my clients come to me with questions and unmet needs and goals that generic diet advice and health approaches simply cannot fulfill.  I utilize advanced functional medicine and behavioral nutrition to support root-cause healing, health optimization, behavior change, and mental/emotional health around food.

What to Expect:




Assessment: An in-depth nutrition, health, and lifestyle assessment helps me better understand you, your needs, and your goals.  

Plan: Based on your assessment, I will provide nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, education resources, tools, and advice that make sense for you and your lifestyle to help you reach your goals. 

Ongoing SupportA plan is only as effective as its follow-through.  Nutrition takes time, and a practical plan grows and evolves with you.  Regular meetings and check-ins allow for ongoing support that will help increase confidence, effectiveness, and long-term change. Most clients work with me for 3-6 months. 

I Help Clients With: 

  • ​Digestive Conditions like IBD, IBS, SIBO, GERD, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea, or other digestive irregularities.

  • Hormone health, reproductive health, fertility, PMS, and menstrual cycle-related symptoms.

  • Mental health support for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and OCD.

  • Thyroid health, hypothyroid, hyperthyroid, Hashimoto's thyroiditis.

  • Other: Anemia, chronic fatigue, sleep issues

  • Eating disorders, binge eating, emotional eating, disordered/restrictive eating, and food aversions.

  • Sports nutrition: targeted nutrition support for athletic performance for runners, dancers, and other athletes.

  • Nutrition for entertainment professionals: Unique needs and approaches for musicians, actors, and production.

  • Will I get calorie and macro recommendations?
    This depends on the your needs and goals. Counting and tracking calories and macros is not the only way to make nutrition changes, and is not always the most supportive intervention. I make recommendations based on the client's preferences and most people actually find relief by learning alternate ways to balance their diet.
  • Are workout programs included in your nutrition plans?
    Depending on the client's goals and needs, I may make workout recommendations, suggestions, and goals. If you would like a fully comprehensive, and custom workout program, this is a personal training service and requires an additional fee. Please contact me for more info.
  • What is a Certified Nutrition Specialist?
    A certified nutrition specialist, or CNS, is an advanced clinical nutritionist specializing in personalized, evidence-based nutrition. A CNS has a Master's level degree in nutrition, has passed a rigorous board exam, completed 1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience, and has approval from the Board of Certified Nutrition Specialists and The American Nutrition Association.
