I Specialize in kettlebell and bodyweight modalities for basic strength training, endurance, and mobility.

Kettlebell training is suited for all ages and all levels and abilities.  

Great for training at home or at the gym!

To get the most out of training, I highly recommend you have access to at least 2 kettlebells (a light and a moderately heavy bell) and a pull-up bar.  Most workouts can be substituted with dumbbells as well.  We can discuss equipment prior to the start of training.

This is perfect if you have outdoor space or ample room indoors.  

I can bring equipment, or we can use yours.  

✓Train Virtually (Zoom):

Workout in the comfort of your own home, with coaching supervision, cues, and guidance.  Must provide your own equipment.  Ideal for covid safety and schedule flexibility. 

* All in-person sessions will be COVID safe, socially distanced, and I will wear a mask.  We can discuss precautions and safety expectations prior to the session.
